610 how i love thee. let me count the ways. ha. it's a way to get around. and it beats 59 if you need to get somewhere. i think sometimes i'd rather drive the loop than to wade through that mess. but eh. the construction will all be done about the time i get ready to move. that's something to look forward to. the construction, not the moving.

i've wanted to leave the moment i realized we really were going to move here. but i really like it most of the time, a couple of weeks removed from our families and friends. the things to do. the things to see. i love the skyline, when you can see it. and all the neat buildings up close and personal. i love the sounds. and the people (when they're not in their cars). houston's not so bad. could be our new city slogan.
